Spectator Parking
Founders Field

Parking is in Lot AD14.

Cost is $5.00 by debit or credit card. No cash.

A shuttle will transport spectators to and from the Blatt PE Center.

Please arrive early. The shuttle round trip may take approximately 15–20 minutes.

Saturday, October 10

Spectator parking will be available at the Blatt PE Center.

Cost is $5.00 by debit or credit card. No cash.

Additional first-come, first-served parking will be available at:

• Booker T. Washington Lot
• Child Care Center Lot
• Discovery Garage
• On-street metered parking

There will not be a shuttle from Founders Field on Saturday.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available:

• In front of the Blatt PE Center
• In the Blatt parking lot
• In the Booker T. Washington Lot

Guests needing assistance may be dropped off at the main entrance of the Blatt PE Center.

Staff will be available to assist individuals with spectator seating and elevator access.

Team Bus Parking

Team buses may unload and pick up in the bus lanes at the University of South Carolina Natatorium / Solomon Blatt PE Center.

Buses will park at:

Maxcy Gregg Pool
Gregg & Blossom Street

If that lot is full, bus overflow parking will be available at the Lourie Center.

These reserved areas are for vehicles transporting teams and are not spectator parking.

Team Entrance

Swimmers, coaches, and officials will enter through the Natatorium side door of the Blatt Physical Education Center near the back of the parking lot.

This entrance is for meet participants only.

Coach Packet

Each team will receive a coach packet containing:

• SCHSL-required color-coded wristbands for four coaches and meet-qualifying swimmers
• Five heat sheets
• Color highlighters and pens
• Pool map with team seating assignment
• Warm-up schedule
• Lane assignments

Team Seating

Team seating assignments will be included in the coach packet.

Hospitality

Host schools will provide snacks for coaches and officials during each meet.

The hospitality room is located off the pool deck.

Spectator Entry

Spectators will enter through the side entry to the Solomon Blatt Physical Education Center.

Doors will open 45 minutes before each meet begins.

Concessions & Food

• Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.
• Food may not be carried or consumed on the pool deck.
• Swimmers must move to lobby areas to eat.
• Coolers are not allowed in the stands or on the pool deck.
• Plastic drink bottles are permitted in the stands.

Facility Rules

• No loud music or speakers are permitted in the facility.
• Athletes may access the locker room from the pool-deck hallway.
• Spectators must remain in designated swim-meet areas.
• Spectator bathrooms are located on the second floor.
• No shaving is permitted anywhere on the premises, including locker rooms.

Media Credentials

Media credential requests for the 2026 SCHSL Swimming State Championships will be handled digitally.

Each school is allotted up to two credentials, with one preferably being a student.

School credential requests must come from the Principal or Athletic Director.
