Winter Captains Course Builds Strong Leaders

The League hosted another outstanding Captains Course for our member schools this winter. Participation from student leaders across the state was exceptional, reflecting their commitment to growth and teamwork. These courses prepare South Carolina’s student-athletes to lead with integrity—both on and off the field. Congratulations to every school that took part!

This year’s focus was on equipping our captains with the knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations that promote good sportsmanship. Our goal is for every student-athlete to continue developing not only as a competitor, but as a well-rounded individual and role model.

We encourage all schools to stay active and engaged in the League’s educational programs. These opportunities are designed to strengthen sportsmanship, community service, and leadership among our member schools.

A sincere thank-you to all who participated in the 2025 Winter Captains Course!
