Colleton County High School – Strength & Conditioning Coordinator
Colleton County High School is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coordinator to oversee all aspects of athletic performance for middle school and high school athletics.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and supervise year-round strength & conditioning programs for all sports
- Coordinate with coaches on in-season and off-season programming
- Teach proper lifting, speed, agility, conditioning, and recovery techniques
- Supervise before/after school and summer workouts
- Teach a 3-class load, with 1–2 classes being Weight Training/PE during the school day (block schedule)
- Oversee weight room operations, safety, and equipment
Qualifications:
- SC certification (or eligibility) in Physical Education required
- Minimum 3 years experience preferred
- Preferred certifications:
- National Strength and Conditioning Association CSCS
- National High School Strength Coaches Association
- USA Weightlifting
Compensation:
Teaching salary plus annual stipend ranging from $8,000–$13,750 DOQ.
