JL Mann – Swimming

JL Mann has an opening for the Head Swimming Coach/Director for its Boys & Girls programs. It is preferred that this person be a certified teacher with experience in swimming.  This person should have the knowledge and experience that will enable him/her to plan, organize and supervise a school swimming program.  Proven decision-making skills and a track record of initiative, effort and commitment to young people and education is a must.  Above all, this coach should be a “people person” and indicate, through his/her actions, a personality that is conducive to positive interaction with students, staff and parents.
