SCHSL Sanctioning Form
- Requests for sanction must be approved by the League.
- Schools must be members of the League or have permission to participate. A host member school must be designated.
- Requests for sanctioning must be made at least 30 days prior to the first session of the event for in-state. SCHSL processing fee is $50.00 for ALL sports. A $25.00 late fee is assessed if not received 30 days prior to the event.
New Sanctioning Guidelines (Beginning July 1, 2019):
For Cross Country, Swim, Volleyball, Track, Wrestling and Golf: If an entry fee is charged for participation (no matter the number of teams), the event must be sanctioned.
For Cheer, Lacrosse, Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Soccer and Basketball: If four or more schools are participating, the event must be sanctioned.
Brackets are required for Lacrosse, Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Soccer and Basketball.
